Frequently asked questions
Do you work with overseas customers?
Yes. We serve homeowners, renovation contractors, designers and importers worldwide. Designs and drawings are shared online, and we support remote measurements via your drawings, site photos or video calls.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ. We accept single-room projects such as one wardrobe or one feature wall, and offer better pricing for whole-home packages and trade orders.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is 20–35 days after design confirmation, depending on project size and materials. Shipping time varies by destination port.
What materials and certifications do you offer?
We work with premium plywood, MDF and particle board in E0 / ENF grades, plus veneer, lacquer and laminate finishes. Test reports and certification documents can be provided for export markets (e.g. CARB P2, FSC on request).
Can you help with installation in my country?
Yes. Panels arrive numbered with step-by-step drawings and video guidance, and we can connect you with vetted local installers in major cities across North America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment, via T/T. We also support trade assurance orders for first-time buyers.
